Simon & Peter

Simon and Peter have come a long way. They both started out working for large companies, but as two driven and focused individuals, they wanted the freedom to do things differently to take pride in their work and stay passionate about what they do.

That’s why they decided to start their own company in 2017.

It hasn’t been easy. They have made our fair share of mistakes, but have learned so much along the way. Running your own business is challenging and, at times, tough but it’s also one of the most rewarding journeys they have taken.

What makes it all worthwhile is not just the progress they have made, but the partnership they have built. Both Peter and Simon have not just gained business partners they have gained a friendship.

They share the same mindset, values, and work ethic, and that’s made all the difference.

All surveys are carried out by qualified waterproofing, damp and timber surveyors with a wealth of experience, and all are certified in structural waterproofing (CSSW) and Remedial Treatments (CSRT).

Our specialist treatment works are carried out by experienced practitioners whose focus is client consideration. All our technicians are fully qualified in relevant trades and all have CSCS/SSSTS qualifications. Showing all our work is carried out to the highest standard of quality and safety.

What’s more, we offer a full design and build service on below ground and deck waterproofing to comply with BS8102:2009, showing we are complying with the ‘Code of Practice for Protection of Below Ground Structures Against Water From the Ground’

Premier 1st Property Care was featured on Homes Under The Hammer for our work on a property in Blackwater, Cornwall. The owners purchased the property at auction and brought us in to carry out essential renovations. Our team worked on waterproofing, damp proofing, and other property care services to help restore and protect the home. It was great to be part of the project and gave us the chance to showcase our expertise on the programme.
