The area in question is a new build which was, allegedly, covered by an independent warranty from the builder. However, the builder has decided to go into liquidation; perhaps as a direct action to dodge this issue and their responsibilities.

Our specialist surveying team have designed a waterproofing system which will overcome the issue with sumps/pumps along with cavity membrane to the walls and floors.
