Council Housing Damp Needed Premier Expertise

The housing run by this Council in Cornwall had already been “treated” by another company when Premier were called in.

When our expert surveyors did their free survey, they found extensive areas of damp and decay to several walls in both kitchens and lounges.

We produced a detailed and comprehensive damp survey, which we provide free of charge and obligation,  which revealed uncovered damp and decay to many of the wall areas.

Skirting boards, walls and plaster had all been neglected and severely damaged by damp. The previous contractor either did not know what they were doing. Or, simply, did not care.
